My car honda bulldog automatic gear find it difficult to enter reverse......until I raise it very hard before it enter....I av changed the gear oil and symptoms persist..... but in moving ahead it select gear fine ....except at rivers.... Pls what should I do ...candid advice needed

can't it be repaired .....and plz sir how much can one get the gear as in gear box for Honda bulldog ? |

sedulus:Any gearbox can be rebulit, urs is relatively cheap (25-45k) not sure, so I don't see the point fixing. |

Ur transmission is not expensive but a good technician can change the reverse clutch in the transmission which is where the challenge is. So u will have to choose whether to replace transmission or the reverse clutch pack |
