Pls how long does it takes for Paypal to effect a refund? i initially won an item on Ebay and paid only for the seller bto cancel it citing non availability of laptop anymore...my paypal acc shows the refund has been Completed but it yet to reflect in my GTBANK ACC...any advice or i should just tary till it comes?...thanks in adv
