Have been using my TECNOH6 since February and Everything was working perfectly, however since a month ago have been unable to access an Google products on the phone I. E Google play Store, Google email, Google Map, etc. Please Help.

I don't think reset gonna help u

just go to YouTube.com search this word "Can't establish a reliable connection...SOLVED"

muuuuah dear good advice but op copy all your files to another SD card before restoring to factory default if not O.Y.O OOOO
