I noticed I have bad breath that emenates from inside tummy, not the mouth or teeth. So what do you guys feel is the cause or the solution to this problem?

It could be as a result of bloating, (prolonged ) fasting too produces halitosis!
I suggest you take plenty of water, fruits and vegetables (i learnt walnuts and sugarcane are good for curbing bad breaths)
Also take along with you mints & chewing gums when outdoors.
