lemme start from the 1st paragraph Mou never destroyed kaka's career, his career was already declining b4 mou got there, Madrid had been losing at d ucl knock-outs too consistently.Mou had to make d decisions to remove the old cargoes paving way for the likes of ozil and di maria to come in and shine.I agree his failure to win Ucl was his undoing.

For Pep his first season was good but his second bad, the reason they won the league was because there wasnt really anyone to give them a run for their money.

Mourinho actually finished 3rd in his first season with Porto BUT he took over that Porto side MID SEASON, 5th in the table and with just 15 matches to go. He finished strongly, registering 11 wins 2 draws and 2 losses, pushing Porto to 3rd position.

Give Pep that exact team in that circumstance and the end result will be way below what Mourinho achieved.
