If you are a fresh graduate with an extra swag or a master's degree holder between the ages of 21 and 26 and you are interested in making the most of both
worlds, then you are invited to apply for our Graduate Trainee Programme.

Distinctively, the graduate trainee programme in Nigeria will give the successful graduates wide- ranging exposure to different areas of our business including, Personal and Business Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Risk Management, information Technology, Real Estate Finance, Administration, Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Asset Management and Pension Fund Administration.
This programme affords the successful graduates an opportunity to interact with a diverse group of individuals from different backgrounds, a 1 year on-the-job rotation across the business pillars of Stanbic IBTC group, international exposure, trainings to cover a broad range of financial
areas, working alongside and learning from product and regional experts and also an opportunity to participate in a structured mentorship programme.

Requirements
.26 years and below.
.University graduate.
.Nigerian citizen.
.Top academic ranking, not lower than a 2.1.
.Fluent in verbal and written English.

Error. Never ever send a blank email to a recruiting firm. Most firms wont tell u to send a cover letter. Its important u attach cover letter to every of ur application. Or what would u feel when u receive a supposed application with tag "sent from my blackberry device". No message, nothing but only ur attachment. Ur email is dead on arrival. So YES, ITS A MUST U SEND A COVER LETTER
Lastly, ensure ur cover letters is tailored to the position u are applying for.
