2)with buahri reluctance to show him the way out, he met with his role model (TINUBU) and Tinubu gave(borrowed) him money enough to pay 3months (both pensioners, civil servants nd others)

3)she said and I quote "as I am telling you kabiru has been arrested with the money"

don't pray that it turns out true cos KIV means no action will be taken on the document at least for now

Your story may be true but not entirely, that #178m which was found with Kabiru can not pay osun's 3months salaries and pensions I doubt it can even pay one month. The money must surely be what remains of OPON IMO SCAM project Kabiru handled.
