I have observed that some job seekers from Nairaland sent me CVs without stating who they are. I used a different moniker to post a vacancy here and some dumbos sent me CVS and didn't indicate if they are male or female. How do you expect me to send you an invite? Quit doing that OK,its so annoying.

I sincerely didn't mean to call anyone dumbo,but its really annoying to receive such CVS. You won't understand because u aren't in my shoes.

@op, does it mean u dnt go thru the CVs?.if u do, u shuldn't b talkin shit koz I think their SEX should be well stated in it.
