I have a 4 months old female Rottweiler and a 2 months old male Rottweiler. Was told not to allow them mate on her first heat. The problem is the young stud no want allow the bitches rest. He's always wanting to do the thing. Advice pls.

Rotties come on first heat between 6 month and 1yr, try as much as possible to keep them apart, though your male rottie being a large breed dog cannot impregnate a female dog until he is say a year and two months old.
