If the emergence of Biafra is thy will of God, so be it....
If to remain One as Nigeria, so be it....
The prophesy that must be fulfilled is that, "The greatness of a certain country lies in the hand of an Igbo Man."
Thump_up!

The only Ibo man presently with the chance and hope of becoming president is regarded as MALLAM/ABOKI by his fellow Ibos. huh

Ibos are their own worst enemies. If you doubt me, check the post below.
If you understand the true Igbo man you will give him the economic tools that he wants and he will allow you rule for a thousand year

Tell Buhari to give we Igbos these and we will not bother if you cattlemen rule Nigeria for 100years

1) True Federalism

2) Dredge any one of these rivers Niger, Imo , Azumini , Otamirin and establish an international inland port. cool

I REPEAT

PRESIDENCY IS NOT OUR DESIRE BUT INFRASTRUCTURE, POLICIES , LAWS ETC THAT CAN HELP US DEVELOP ECONOMICALLY AT OUR OWN PACE. cool

For those Yorubas's giving themself false hope that they can still influence the activites in government or barksing on the euphoria that they can vote Buhari out in 2019 if he did not perform are joking, as it stand right now every other tribes are followers, northern oligarchy have come to stay. So Yoruba should stop deceiving themselve and face reality.

Why can't igbo be president. Are they not part of Nigeria. They can and they will only if u begin to see other tribes as your friends and not your enemies. U can never become the president wivout the help of one of these two tribes hausa or yoruba. The earlier u realise it the better. I see okorocha becoming the president. In fact I am almost certain. May he live long to enjoy the fruit of his loyalty.

I love this great country into which I was born and I always pray for the best for this country but I do feel so much pain when I hear other Nigerians saying that the Igbo will never rule Nigeria again.

I think this is very unfair. Every tribe have their fair share of good and bad people. It is blackmail to assume that all Igbos want to break Nigeria and do not love this country. The truth is that there are many Igbos that love and believe in Nigeria.

Fellow Nigerians, why point fingers at us and say that we can never rule our country again?

We need an Igbo-Nigerian president so that past wounds can be healed.

This is my pain. embarassed
bro the earlier you stop taking comments here serious the better for you. If many of us take the comments that are being made by ibo folks here about yoruba people any serious, maybe some kinda crisis would have erupted between us and the ibos leaving in odualand. I will vote for a ibo man who will put the nation first before any other thing, anyday anytime.

Igbos just like any other tribe will rule Nigeria when they play their cards right. You can't keep fighting 2 of the 3 largest ethnic groups and expect their support.

Then again, ibos don't vote for ibos in the presidential elections, do you expect other people to vote you in? Logic101
I thought Obasanjo became President of Nigeria in 1999 without Southwest vote.

What then is the difference? Your Logic 101 has been solved in 1999.

Bur why is it that you people hate Rochas coz he's a bridge-builder? Calling him epithets like Mallam,Slave, Abo.kki, etc? ? Why so much hatred for him and Ngige? Pls explain.

The first question you must ask is why some Nigerians say Igbo will never rule Nigeria again? You should be able to deduce the answer even from your Nairaland experiences...

The same way "most" of your people hated Jimi Agbaje for trying to build bridge between both peoples.

Look at it this way, Amaechi and Rochas are heroes in the Southwest and Northern Nigeria while Fayose is admired in South-South and Southeast.

Rochas Okorocha was recently re-elected by his people and you still think he is hated? The issue is that every politics is local and the peoples opinions and choices take precedence.

If Rochas champions the people's agitation, he will be applauded but when he puts his personal interest above his people's ambition, he will be vilified.

This is simple logic

..

Even in the days of formidable Northern Oligarchy with full military backing, they were pushed out when we were tired of their madness. They know whom to joke with and whom to take serious.

IBB learnt the hard way.

Abacha learnt the hardest way.

GEJ learnt the harder way.

When they carry their beans cake beyond mosque once again, we shall be there for them.

That answers your question, Rochas Okorocha is able to rally the remaining ethnic groups aside his people hence APC should (s)elect him as their flag bearer in 2019 while the North and West will make sure their votes get him to Aso Rock as the North and the East did for Obasanjo.

Let's see how it goes, i am against an ibo president though, but yorubas did label obj a thief and traitors before the elections like you guys are doing.
Don't also forget that 1999 had 2 yoruba candidates.
