Even if you manage a business of 5 employees and there is need for a new manager to take over, it is important for the successor to be briefed and advise on how the business was being run . All you people condemning buhari for asking for tips is a show of ignorance. If you ask Gej if he had a chance to change some policies or make some decisions will he have done the same thing he did in 5years ? His answer will be no obviously because in management we have what we call "on the job experience" Getting tips will make buhari hit the ground running rather than taking another 2 years to effect change.
