My friend was humiliated by his best friend (soldier)
this Morning Friday, approximately 06:20am Co's He
was having an army spread sheet on him,
And then He paid #50,000 to the So called soldier friend of his (not even to the squad
commander) for his bailout …
I really don't know What this country is turning to...
The guy is devastated, and confused on What to do.

Go to the civilian court and get your judgement against him.

File a complaint to the General in charge of the guys barracks in the State. if he doesn't know how to go about it he can seek advice from a lawyer He should ve witnesses to show or some form of proof
