Depending on how it is used, the Office of the First Lady (OFL) may be a good thing

So on the one hand, we can have it.
But on the other hand, we can also do without it. It is not important.

Now they are already divided and fighting themselves on the matter of OFL, and sending out conflicting signals whether OFL is to be or not to be.

As long as they perform, as long as the first lady has human feelings and supported her husband in moving Nigeria forward not backward.

Now that reality has dawn on them after all the lies during campaign.
Let's wait and see how their chief liar( Lai Muhammed) will handle this.

That is the point. But we are interested in the conflicting message they are sending out. One of them should just shut it. We either have it or we do not.

Hey clown... Nigeria's education system obviously failed you. The wife of the president will always be the first lady whether she has an office or not. There is a difference between the first lady and the office of the first lady. Stop disgracing yourself

Your ignorance is showing. Saying there will be no office of the First Lady means she will not get any funding from Nigeria. Age can operate an ango and raise funds like Obama's wife.

That is how things are done in civilized countries. The First Lady can still have programmes but the government won't fund it. Dame was running it with government funding, government paying salaries and all that and that is not right.

Try and get a better understanding of things before you start ranting and accusing people falsely angry

Some people lack basic comprehensive skills. Buhari and wife stated that they will operate within the ambits of the constitution which does not recognise 'office' of the first lady.

There is difference btw office of the first lady and the first lady itself.

Definitely Aisha will be the first lady, but no Federal Govt Funds will be allocated to a 'phantom first lady's office' not recognised by the constitution.

Which means even if she is rightly referred to as first lady, we won't be hearing such crap as 'office of the first lady', which is an unsurpation of the duties of the ministry of women affair most times.

And this will also spare us the impunity and embarrassment operated by the previous administration where the first lady will be making press statements with the podium emblazoned with the presidency sign.
