My dear fellow nairalanders, please whats the effect of sleeping naked in the night when you live alone? I ask this question because I live alone in my apartment and recently; I enjoy sleeping in the night without putting on any cloth. I only cover myself with my blanket especially if my air-conditioner is on.

A friend of mine says its not good but the truth is...I enjoy it and feel very free. I just want to know if there is anything wrong with it or if it has any side effect. No insults please.
