Quite a bizarre experience by job seekers due to shabby on line portals by recruiters.

One spends about 3 hours filling application form on line and after hitting "submit" button, the display says "page not available". On reversing to the application page, the data you filled in had all been wiped out saying "application yet to be started"

Nothing more painful than that,

Downloading a movie for 2gig, U no sleep overnight, Then the audio is Norwegian..

if u are in d cafe and ur time remain 5min and u click submit in a hurry, instead of "your application has been successfully submit", u just see "the page is not available". if you want to go back, d tin go just tak u to the first page.

that's pretty bad. exp all these taleo backed recruitment site.
