Hello, all, I got a couple of text messages from "180" introducing my Account Manager to me. Knowing we are in the era of "customize-able" sender's number, I have been trying to verify this. It will be nice an account officer considering the numerous issues I have with MTN, which are quite often, . I have checked online, but nothing on this came up. Before u start suggesting calling customer care, that's an hazzle I'm not willing to undertake.

I hope someone in the house can help verify this, it might be useful for someone out there! Thanks! See message below:
