American, UK and the rest will not extradite its citizens especially to countries like Nigeria and some others because of the poor human rights standards and incompetent / unfair judicial system. However their citizens can be tried in the US and will go to jail in the US if found guilty for crimes (including corrupt practices) the commit in countries like Nigeria. Its important that you guys understand that.
Because of the excellent human rights record in America

Not very conversant with this Kashamu case, but what is the difference with Senator Tinubu's forfeiture case in USA for proceeds of crime?

Only the guilty are afraid, let him present himself for trial. If he's innocent let him sue FG for damages otherwise let him serve his time.

Every man is responsible for his actions and should face its consequences!

The question is ,would US extradite their citizen if the situation was reversed ?

You are a goddamned f00l. I refer you to my earlier post. The man has already done 5 years at Her Majesty's service in UK. A 5 year jail term is huge for a drug offence. In the USA, one could get as much as 20 years for 500gr of dope. Why should a Nigerian, living in Nigeria be subjected to that.
The judge who will handle the case must consider the Nigerian penal code for drug offenders. If Mr. Kashamu ever gets to the US, he will not come out alive considering the fact that they have made him the " Escobar " in the case.

I just came back from church, guess what? I prayed for you, happy sunday.

Pdp cheap blackmail and shallow reasoning...

Okay if he is found guilty of the crime..
He can choose to come serve his jail term in naija grin

The first thing is to go answer his case,
If he is innocent he has nothing to fear....

Like fayose said 'this isnt political''

I thought you always said he is your role model

Puhahaha.
I thought Naija pple have sense not knowing that most of them are senseless, how many whitemen n women they push drug to and fro naija and african countries, and many time naija government go after them in their country. Moreover, if there is no demand for the drugs there will be no supply. And let the US or who they are, arrest him when he enter their country while will OBJ be the one to help them, when did he (OBJ) turn to US Police. that is sale out,,,,,,,,,,,,,, all of them they are criminals and drug snuffers, may be Kashamu refuse to sale d powder to OBJ that's why he is after him.

I do not support drug trafficking, but if Britain refused to extradite Mr. kashumu when USA requested for it, why should Nigeria, his own country, extradite him ? !!. Would USA send an American fraudster wanted in Nigeria to Nigeria to stand trial ?.

This is pure witch hunting. OBJ is a very wicked man. A typical, vengeful and back-stabbing Yoruba man.

This man has already served a 5 year jail term in UK for Christ sake. Leave him alone.

Kashamu will scale tru there is no way the court can make prouncement on the matter tomorrow, they are just goin for a hearing. By the next hearing he is a senator elect and immunity covers him. The guy is a genius. He would scale tru like fayose watch and see.

have U ever heard of America,UK,Germany, etc extraditing it's citizen in spite of all d heinous crimes they commit all over d world?
It's a very big shame Nigerians still reason this way.
The United States has extradition treaties with more
than 100 countries. Of the treaties most are dual
criminality treaties with the remaining being list
treaties. A list of countries with which the United
States has an extradition treaty relationship can be
found in the Federal Criminal Code and Rules.
