Nope Abubakar Adamu, took his name after the town Tafawa Balewa.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tafawa_Balewa,_Nigeria. The name of his father is Yakubu Zala .Shehu Usman Aliyu too the name Shagari after Shagari town; likewise Shinkafi, Tambuwal, Anka, Jega, Kumo, Biu etc.
