I'm just confused about what they mean by this

US $ 1.96 / piece (0 days left)
bulk price : US $ 3.38 / piece (10 pieces or more )
shipping cost : US $0.40

Have two question
Please I don't understand the bulk price..does it mean if I buy 10 pieces, at $3.38?

Also suppose I buy 10 pieces,the shipping cost for all is 0.40? Or each piece prices is 0 .40?

$1.96(0 days):means that the seller is on a discount period on their product, so if you buy it before the less than 24hours elapse, u will get for 1.96dollars/peice.

2: Bulk price $3.38(on 10pcs or more): shows that after the discount time has elapsed, you will get the product at 3.38 dolls/piece ON ORDERS ABOVE 9Pcs i.e 10 upward.

3.About the shipping fee: you can negotiate with the seller to remove the shipping fee. It depends on ur negotiating and convincing power.
