The Special Adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan and Chairman, Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Mr Kingsley Kuku, during the weekend was honored by the State of Georgia, United States. He was conferred with Congressional Commendation from Georgia Legislative Black Caucus. He also bagged the Honorary citizenship of State of Georgia. Personalities who graced the event include Deputy Senate Leader, Sen. Abdul Ningi, Sen. Nurudeen Usman, Hon. Worman Ogoriba as well as Chief Edem Duke, Minister for Culture and Tourism.
