Intense arguments, analysis, commendations and criticisms have trailed the decision of President Muhammadu Buhari, having left some African leaders, guests to observe his Jumat prayers midway into the programme, held at the new Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa, where they had all gathered to celebrate his inauguration in Abuja, yesterday. According to reports, Buhari did not return to the venue of the event till the end of the programme. However, the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo stood on behalf of the president, gave his remarks and saw some of the prominent leaders off. www.vanguardngr.com/2015/05/buharis-neglect-guest-jumat-prayers/ |

9jii:Why can't you see issues beyond petty things like igbophobia and its attendant side-effects to your general well-being. Be warned that ethnic resentment is more deadly to the harbingers than AIDS and other dangerous diseases put together. |

The Inaugural Committee from both sides were very dumb not to hav included Jumat Prayer time in their schedule for the day. Fridays to Muslims was like Sundays to Christians. No one won't want to go and thank God for his/her swearing in on that very day. For me, Buhari wasn't that wrong. |
