Personally I felt my items were delivered on the 23rd according to Tracking info. So I estimated 8days from 23rd according to your thread title.

As much as I trust your ability to deliver, I also want to understand the procedure.

I have peeps at my office who keep asking me how long it takes, or how the process works and I can't have an answer for them. So my experience will determine if they will become interested or not.

In fact 3 persons have indicated interest to use your services, and I will refer them as soon I conclude mine.

I am not bothered by the time frame, I am just used to being specific with timeline. Hope you get my point?
