go back to your post! you want to create? create what? and as for buying a domain name. after that you buy a hosting for the domain. then carry-out the designs. if you have the designs already on ur local host (pc). you upload it using ftp or cpanel. |

Dear OP Before buying a domain name and hosting you should know what you want to use it for If it was omitted in your post then fix it So after buying domain and hosting you design Or get someone to design for you SELAH |

A webdeveloper can or cannot be a teacher... Do you remember when you are still a freshy? Do you still remember the kind of questions you used to ask back then when you are still starting out? It is no different from the question of the OP. Also... You as a webmaster has a duty to teach and explain... |
