That's one hell of a school in the land of the most educated and sophisticated people.

Poverty in Nigeria cuts across all region even with the parasitic nature that exists - Let us go for fiscal federalism and let every region look inwardly and see what they can make out of themselves and not waiting for the Federal Government to give them monthly stipend to survive.
