They have carefully crafted clauses therein that will ensure that Nigeria is looted to eternity; the sad thing is that it's the law, and a powerful one at that. Guess how things can be amended therein - through these same looters, if they want to. We are in it for a long ride!

Do they really need this money? They have stolen enough from the nation's treasury. Besides when they were in power they refused to pay pensioners and retirees their dues same should be applied to them.

My friend this is their severance benefit, they have not been paid yet and therefore cannot be part of the recurrent expenditure of a the country. Mind you it is in President Buhari's administration that these benefits will be paid. If the country's economy was lowest, I can assure you its not cos of this.
