that one hard ohh....download simple server first and place on desktop .....connect Ur network .......click once on d network ....check the top...u'll see "view connection setting"....click on it and look for proxy....click proxy and under manual settings input 127.0.0.1 on the space for ip and 8080 for port....save and launch simple server.exe

Ur internet explorer should load.
