op as someone who has once been in your shoes, i will advice u to extend ur search to ogun state. Places that share border with lagos state. Even with that two million, i doubt if u see a house but definately get a land with half of that amount, fence it and put a gate after doing all necessary doucumentation and keep ur hussling alive before u know it, u ve started building a house of ur choice
