Am not an athletic, but I do hear people talk about abstaining from sex few days to a match or so.

Am not so sure if is true or not, am just wondering if it really matters at all all. Although I do have some points why they should abstain but am not sure if abstinence from sex before a game really determines the fate of a match.

To my own point of view this are the really why I personally think abstinence before a game is good.

1. It makes them feel weak and drained

2. Tiredness

3. Loss of concentration

4. Less aggressive

5. Reduced power

6 .Relaxed muscles

7. The athlete are been stressed out.




With all the constraints above I don't tink the athlete will perform well after sex.

its depends tho. great sex before a game can even boost ones morale
