Sorry to ask but please understand I'm only been curious. Do people pay this much for rent in Lagos considering minimum wage is only N18k per month?

All I'm trying to understand is if you get clients to rent this apartments as they seem to be very expensive for the average worker. I have heard a friend tell me rents are very expensive these days however, I never believed him.
