as much as I tried to understand this I still do not understand. star times bought the only available right or what? dstv used to air tournaments like this before while nta still gave us choice if rain fùcks up dstv signal.

Startimes bought the exclusive rights.

The sole reason they are not showing it is because south Africa didn't qualify for the tournament ..
