Yes you are right.

50% is based on the actual cost of the item at the time you intend making payment. Let's say an item is auctioned for $5 and you intend bidding to win at $15, you can go ahead and pay $5 together with shipping cost of the item pending when the auction ends. Hope this helps.

You can do anyone that you feel comfortable with, I can bid on your behalf or you bid for the item yourself and forward to me. And then after receiving it i can then ship down to nigeria.
