@Bizbloke incase u re forgetting Today is June 10th...UK amazon orders placed on 6th of May re yet to arrive, (that's 1month, 4days and still counting..) not even a single info frm u. And u think I don't deserve an explanation..but I stil think I have the right to ask because it is my hard earned money.

However, I didn't mention that you don't deserve an explanation or have the right to ask questions. That would be gross. I had to obtain accurate feedback on the situation of things before writing back to you.

Your products will be successfully cleared tomorrow. You pick up latest on Saturday.

I won't pretend I understand all you wrote above, especially that part I highlighted, and note that am not faulting you or your company for my woes, am not fully aware of the entire process which I can CATEGORICALLY say you didn't explain to the best of my knowledge as a lay man. All I was hearing was 10-14 days from day of freight. If there is a next time I know how to proceed with my orders now...

am at loss with this information, I think you sent a message on sunday that my items was on the way to Nigeria why sudden change of date again, yesterday makes it four whole week since I started this transaction with you, it is an understatement to say I am so disappointed with this arrangement. my shipment from US normally take one week I don't know why this keep on dragging unnecessarily.
