I bring the attention of the new Governor of delta state Dr Okowa, to look into the drainage system of Asaba which is the state capital, the whole town is flooded when rain falls, here is a school where its suppose to be a place for learning for students, turned into a river. The water dose not have any channel to pass through, students pass through water to get to their classes.
