On 07/06/015 I woke up that particular morning and found out that #50(subcribed to Voice Changer) was reducted from my credit balance. I called the customer care service twice and I was given the compensation package. The compensation goes like this: The #50 was refunded with another #50 bonus and 600 seconds of free call to etisalat numbers with #20 free credit for international calls and finally with 5 free SMS. Its more than enough my fellow NLders. If you have this kind problem don‘t deprive yourself of this kind compensation package. Etisalat rocks! |

Your own still beta ,I made similar complaint ,I was given 1200 seconds free call,before that I had an issue where I subscribed for one day and IT didn't work ,I was given 100 MB compensation,and so many others like that ,one thing I love about etisalat ,is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION,an equivalent company in that regard is GTBank |

I totally agree with u guys....I've got 4 different network, MTN, Airtel, Glo n etisalat, but From experience, I only load d etisalat with which I make all my calls, like my other 3 lines don't exist. ETISALAT IS TRULY D BEST. 1 Like |
