I recently attended an interview and was expecting normal first question like tell me about yourself.Surprisingly, the first question was tell me what is not on your cv and the interviewer had gone through the cv first for like 3minutes before asking the question.
Nairalanders how would you have answered it cos I just mumbled some stuffs I could remember from my cover letter.

You can highlight on your strengths and weaknesses but of course your weaknesses shouldn't be over hyped so it doesn't get the prospective employer feel negative about you.
Sample:

Employer: tell us something about you that's not on your CV.

Job seeker: I am multi-dynamic, conversant with handling multiple tasks designated to me, have a I-can-do-spirit with less minimal supervision. I love to try new things with a view to solving problems and by so doing putting quality smiles on the faces of people I come across daily in the line of duty.

My weaknesses includes not giving up on a task easily as I have since sent the word 'IMPOSSIBILITY' to oblivion in my dictionary. Hence, my former boss calls me Mr. Fix it.
