Tips to identify genuine SME DATA RESELLERS on Nairaland:-

1. They usually have their own threads that they started themselves.

2. Their threads are usually old. Some are several years/months old.

3. Their threads usually have multiple pages.

4. Their threads are usually found in these sections:- Phone/Internet Market and Technology Market

5. They usually update their threads once in a while.

6. Their threads sport testimonials of those who have patronized them.

7. They don't usually go from thread to thread posting adverts.

8. They would usually not hesitate to give you their bank account details. Anyone who would not give his/her bank account details may be afraid of revealing his/her identity; smell SCAM.

This is not an exhaustive list but it should help Nairalanders who are interested in buying cheap SME Data identify genuine SME Data resellers.

Please, I observed that a lot of new resellers may not meet the above criteria, especially 2,3 and 6. However, its only a matter of time before hardworking new resellers gain grounds too.

Its not supposed to be a foolproof list.

Yes, new resellers do this to gain trust. However, most older resellers don't usually do this. Older resellers may give out data as part of promotions or for goodwill.

Yes, giving out data goes to show your potential customer that indeed, you deal on data.
And giving clients data before payment is a good way for resellers to build their customer base, especially new resellers.

Anti-corruption includes saying no to anything that is wrong.

Powerhq joins well-meaning Nigerians to say no to hacking of telecoms company systems to access "cheats" and "hijack" airtime. This is synonymous to breaking into someone's home to steal their possessions!

We denounce these acts.
We would not, in good conscience, patronize any of these unscrupulous elements and urge all Nigerians to do their bit to sanitize the society and help rid it of all such bad eggs.

Also beware of this fellow below. He's the owner of NAIJACAMP .NET . He scammed a friend/customer of mine sometime in April this year. She saved his no & the conversation that transpired between them both. She requested me to help her expose him. See conversations in the screenshots below.

Note: For clarity sake, I'm a data reseller. I don't want to reveal my identity so that it wouldnt look like i'm beefing my competitor that's why I opened this new account to make this comment. Be wary of the phone no in the image below when purchasing data
