Way back before the amalgamation of the Nigeria Republic, this country has been blessed with enormous amount of different kinds of food stuffs which has stand the test of time. Garri is a delicacy eaten by virtually all parts of the country, but mainly in the western and southern parts of the country respectively. The colours differs (2 colours) white and red, due to the culture or likeness of the community eating it. Garri can be used to make eba or could be taken with a cold water. It could be eaten With fried fish, fried meat, groundnut, soup, kulikuli, donkowa, sugar or u can still drank it without using anything but water. Am proud to be a Nigerian, am proud to come across this special and affordable delicacy called GARRI, and am also proud that it's the first artificial meal i tested.
