Hello Friends,

Please "what and what" do i need to be able to
* Combining different videos into one piece
* Do voice over on a particular section of the video
* Have text messages scroll on the video or text message front of video (order) etc.

what are the most cost effective software and hardware I need to achieve the above.

You can use applications like Adobe Premier or Adobe After Effects. After Effects is a little more complex than Premier, but I prefer that
