I won't advice u add yellow corn. Just two types will do. I didn't start with crayfish though. I added crayfish from 8months. Some pple add soya as well. So I guess it depends on individual.

My dear, implanon,pills,injections all have their side effects cos they are hormonal. Hormonal increases your apetite,thereby you consume more food, thus the increase in weight.

The safest form of artificial fp is the Iucd cos it's non hormal,just a little increase in your flow during menses for the first three month. And you can get pregnant almost immediately when you remove it.. Plus you must pratise good hygience once it's Iucd.

I don't like all these artificial fp methods though.. You can plan your cycle well,know when you are safe, oga can use condoms when you are'nt safe or when you are doubting(7days in a month isn't too much to ask for)...all you need is know your body well and plan.

Thanks ma,I was actually told abt d iud bt dnt feel comfortable abt insertin somethin in my V,also abt d use of condom nd safe period calculatn,I did it nd 'oga' even usd condom wen we were nt sure,it broke nd I jst felt it cld be my safe period so I didn't care abt emergency pill till I missd my period d followin mnth which resulted in d last baby wen d first ws jst 1 year so its ONCE BITTEN TWICE SHY

I got angry, removed their clothes, and showered them with cold water. They screamed and cried. My DH was shouting that I was wicked to have bathed them with cold water. They slept 5mins later. I looked at DH like "am I still wicked now?" may we reap the fruits of our labour o. Our children shall all be great. All our vigilante will not be in vain in Jesus name.

I use private hospital. govt hospitals give only the basic vaccine which are most times free of charge. you need to go the extra mile to protect your child from other dieseases. some people feel those are expensive, l feel and believe prevention is better than cure. e.g vericella i.e chicken pox vaccine is 10k and heptatistis A is N16,800 in the hospital i used. I didnt pay for Measles, mumps and rubella, my health insurance covered for them. If you have a baby boy, endeavour to give him MMR... l read somewhere that mumps may cause impotence in a male child.

one vaccine l wont want any mother to miss is ROTAVIRUS not more than 10K in any hospital, but you will not experience incidence of diarrhoea and vomitting when your baby is teething and afterwards.

at 2 years the baby will take typhoid and meningitis vaccines;

My husband co-worker(they are both doctors) told him that there's a one in all vaccine now that a baby can take(cough,measles,chicken pox,typhoid and other related ailments).. He said he knew of NNPC hospital in Port Harcourt that gives it out.
So we've decided to take our baby there on our next trip to the south south

I wouldn't take any vaccine that isn't prescribed by WHO. I live abroad, and that type of vaccine is not even available here....so it might be that the hosp is just mixing their own.

Pls be careful. smiley

Hello Mothers and Fathers in the house! My 2 year old has been itching her legs and it's leaving some spots on on both legs.I took her to the hospital and doctor said it's insect bite.He prescribed some drugs including Calamine lotion which I have applied judiciously on her legs yet she still itches them.

Does anyone have any idea of what could be happening? I will appreciate your responses.
