insert another sim apart from etisalat into your modem. You will be prompted to insert unlock code, then put this no 59754694.

NOTE: Don't put it more than two times.

Nope, I am in aba. Uninstall the modem software and reinstall again, then try the procedure I posted earlier again. Let's see the outcome.
