The Nigerian constitution does not have the office of first lady. She can choose not to be addressed as such.

You do understand their stance regarding the idea of first lady is actually restricted to the "Legal/formal office" not necessarily the title itself.

She is our first lady but her having an office mean the office has to be budgeted for and there really isn't a provision whatsoever in our constitution for that
