9billion naira for the whole house or per head,why can't such money be channeled to better things?
Many state are yet to pay salaries to their workers,even though they earn mere chicken feeds as monthly take home.

Why are people blaming Buhari....NASS is a stand alone entity, there is little Buhari can do about this situation. With time sha, he can look for a loophole to reduce this outrageous allowance, but he can't command them to reduce the allowance.
