I am a writer and I want to start a publishing company starting with the books I have written but I don't know much about company registration. Someone advised I register a business name, which according to him is very simple and may not cost more than 11k. Please if you know what is involved in registering a company and the pros and cons of a Limited Liability Company and a business name as well as differences between them please share with me. choose a business name which is very peculiar to you and which you will not have any problem reregistering as limited liablity company later on as your company prospers/im a lawyer.u may wish to add my whassap 0809 751 6051 |
