First, there's no evidence to suggest the schools is situated in Otuoke

Second, in as much you want to try hard and defend the indefensible, assuming the school is in Otuoke, it shows the callous inhumane behaviour of Jonathan towards his immediate environment.

What stops him donating his monthly salaries and allowances in rehabilitating and rebuilding some schools in his Otuoke Kingdom?
