Bank don't no the rate they buy.
Black market have not gone out, still busy these days. That why I was looking for someone that will just come around then we do transfer to each other account.

But GTBank used to have option for selling your dollar online within your internet banking portal. As you click to sell there, it will show the exchange rate but that menu is only active to use during banking hours from 8am to 4 pm.
