The mumuharis would still be hear to defend their 5,000 stipends from their demi god! why would chad be bombing Niger?? doesn't even make sense! when last was a terrorist attack carried out in Niger as opposed to daily occurrences in Nigeria ? what agreements do chad and Niger have in place about boko that would make chad throw bombs on a sovereign nation?
