Wonderful steps. Good deeds keep following me about. I entered Port Harcourt when it was shaft, immediately Amaechi started work. This transfer to Aba is also seeing Ikpeazu rising up. Thank you God, after a little hassles would come the glory days. Ride on bro, wonderful steps. |

Addedly, Civil Servants with the responsibility for preventing the erection of such illegal structures must be sanctioned for approving the building plans. |

[b][b]But no administration in the state seemed to have mustered the political will-power to do the needful which, according to a government source, will affect over 100,000 buildings. they wan turn Aba to Syria abi Babylon of old - cities in ruin. i hope they will rebuild the city. |

asha80:Are you privy to the approval plans during the Chairmanship of Allen Nwachukwu let alone the old Aba masterplan that never extended to those interiors? Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu is operating with old Aba masterplan and not necessarily a pick-n-chose demolition or a vendetta. If Osisioma Ngwa had a masterplan that superseded the uncoordinated indigenous buildings then you would have been right to query OSCDA. However, it is worthy to note that the power to draw such plans resides with State Governments while the LGAs implements. Secondly, people use State and Federal connections to intimidate LGAs officials into approving illegal structures. |

IsraeliAIRFORCE:I dont think any new master plan (which I doubt exist now) involves allowing structures near to the roads...i specifically mentioned Allen because I have relations this affected |

He wants to do the one the whole world will see, what of the ones they are not seeing. Good riders to bad rubbish |
