Rubbish!!! First thing first, pay workers salary before any other thing, people are hungry in Aba, for the past 9months people working in Abia State Teaching Hospital have not been paid salaries not to talk of other sectors. He wants to do the one the whole world will see, what of the ones they are not seeing. Good riders to bad rubbish
No one is hungry, Aba is not Oshogbo.

Even though he plans to demolish illegal structure but he should compensate the owners no matter how small the money may be.

Also If according to the govt official, the planned no of structure to demolish happens to be true "100,000 buildings"... hmm, only God will know what the future holds for Governor bearing in mind how the heart of men has always been right from ages.

He should tread carefully over such decision knowing fully well that umuahia were such was carried out can never be the same with Aba. Aba is a place were people has sweated it out in order to reach were they are and you expect the person to be docile as you demolish his sweat...

illegal structures are illegal structures..compensation here is just moot...if you really want develop and rebuild aba to the original master plan then some structures have to go down..no two ways aboh it.

if he is serious, i support him to clear Aba of illegal structures.

But it is a massive dream to sanitize and it requires more action than mere words.
