Really don't kw what's the problem with abia state govt I kw its normal in cases of flood as a result of heavy down pour but it will still be more reasonable if functioning gutters are provided especially in the flood prone areas...why can't they take a clue frm from enugu state,imo and even anambra state govt? I mean the first thing that will irritate most when you arrive in aba is the hips of refuses everywhere and even in markets....odiro mma @ all..........#NB 100pecent warri blood#
