The insinuation making the round that Engr. Ikuru deliberately showed up during the Collation of the Governorship Results at INEC Office in Port Harcourt and forced his way to sign the Final Result of Governorship Election, contrary to section 45(1) of the Electoral Act, 2010 (as Amended), was a concerted effort. The Electoral Act forbids a person in the position of a Deputy Governor to serve as Agent of a political party, but Engr. Ikuru, as if to curry favour from Chief Wike went to the centre and eased out Barr. Chima Boms and Barr. George Ariolu who were the actual agents of the party. As, the Supreme Court has put very clearly, the effect of Engr. Ikuru’s signature on the Form EC8D, which is the Return on the Election has render it null and void.

I've said it, PDP and saTANoids are blockheads. How can a reasonable person have done what Ikuru did? How come the monitoring office of Wike not aware of the stand of the electoral act on this? Bunch of blockheads.

Even if that election is conducted 50 times, APC can never win in Rivers State. The way PDP can't win in Lagos is the way APC can't win in Rivers. It's as easy as ABC
